So what exactly is the principle of mindfulness for stress reduction?
When everyone understands one thing, the email list subconscious mind has a kind of cognitive navigation. Through a certain thing, a view is generated, and then a certain emotion is generated through this view. For example: if a young man is bullying an old man, you will have the view that the young man is not filial and respectful, and you may feel angry.
It can be seen from the above figure: through a certain trigger point, we will have a certain feeling, and then through this feeling, you may have an idea, and finally get an idea, this is a process of our subconscious. During this process, an auto-navigation reaction is also formed, and you will naturally make some actions. This also corresponds to the desired result, and the undesired result.
This principle, in a nutshell, is the result of mutual interference between emotions, thoughts, and feelings.
For example: if you are not feeling well today, whether you are going to work or school, you will have a feeling of bad health. When you have this feeling, you may feel unhappy, and correspondingly you will have negative thoughts: Can I ask for leave? Can I not go to work today?
For another example, if your colleague or classmate is particularly unreasonable and disrespectful, you will feel angry, and then you will have the idea of whether you can confront him. Then you also experience the mysterious feeling of body shaking, numbness, and even sweating.
And the influence of this mutual interference is relatively large. If your emotion is a collective positive emotion, it may make you happy, make you excited, and you may walk with energy. But if it is some negative or conflicting emotions, your body's response is not so bad.
For example, thyroid cancer, lymphoma cancer, these cancers burst out, the single pressure will increase, and there is no place to relieve, you can only hold back, then your body will have a worse response.
And mindfulness is the most immediate awareness, you know that you are angry now, it is wrong, it may be harmful to your body, then we may have to pause, we pause consciously.
